CUET-UG application deadline extended till march 31
The deadline for online submission of the application form for the CUET-UG- 2024 has been extended to March 31

The University Grant Commission (UGC) chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar on March 26 announced the deadline for online submission of the application form for the CUET-UG-2024. The deadline for the application has been extended to March 31 and the application window will remain open till 9:50 pm.
The exam is expected to take place between May 15 and May 31. The standardized exam was implemented in 2022 to streamline admission processes across central, state, deemed and private universities nationwide.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a hybrid exam structure for CUET-UG 2024 that includes both computer-based testing and pen-and-paper format for certain courses. As per the officials if any subject that witnesses high registration volumes will adopt a pen-and-paper format using optical mark recognition (OMR), while others will remain computer-based. Approximately 14.9 lakh CUET-UG registrations were collected in the previous cycle.
