2 hours before the board exam, the ISC Chemistry exam postponed

The Chemistry Paper 1 (theory) for the Indian School Certificate (Class 12) scheduled on Monday was postponed by the council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), just two hours before the exam. The circular issued by the council stated that the postponement is due to unforeseen circumstances and the paper is now rescheduled for March 21.
The paper was scheduled to begin at around 2 pm on Monday. However, the CISCF informed schools about the change around noon. The circular issued by the Council does not specify any reason or detail for the decision to postpone.
As per the reports, the council proactively communicated to schools across the country. The council has been strict in ensuring to conduct of exams without any issue. Due to some technical issue, or mistake, the exams are postponed.
