Result announced for Sainik school of classes 6 th and 9th; check details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the All-India Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSEE) 2024 results today, March 14. Students can download their results from the official website at exams.nta.ac.in. The AISSEE 2024 was conducted on January 28, 2024, at 450 centres from classes 6^th and 9^th admissions.

 As per, the notification, admissions in Sanik Schools and New Sanik Schools will be through e-counselling mode only. Candidates are required to register themselves at https://pesa.ncog.gov.in/sainikschoolecounselling/ to move to the next stage of the process for admission to Sainik Schools and New Sainik Schools through e-counselling.

 NTA AISSEE 2024: step to download

1. Visit the official website at nta.ac.in
2. On the homepage, click on the link AISSEE 2023
3. Fill in your login details and click on submit.
4. Check and download the result
5. Take a printout for later.

 NTA AISSEE: Qualifying criteria: 

To seek admission to Sainik School, applicants from the General, OBC (NCL) and Defence/ex-servicemen categories must get at least 25% marks in every section/subject and 40% in the AISSEE 2024. The minimum marks rules will not make a difference for applicants belonging to scheduled castes, or scheduled tribes. To seek admission to Sainik School, the candidate must get at least 25 per cent marks in all sections/subjects and 40 per cent marks in the AISSEE 2024, regardless of category, according to the NTA.

National Testing Agency or NTA conducts the All-India Sainik School Entrance Test for Classes 6 and 9 admissions to 33 old Sanik Schools and 19 new Sainik Schools nationwide.
