Mumbai: Zonal Institute of Education and Training conducts first phase of content enrichment and pedagogical training of newel recruited vce principals  

The induction training programme was conducted for 49 newly recruited Vice Principals across six feeder regions including Mumbai, Raipur, Gurugram, Patna, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur. The training was inaugurated by Prof Supratik Chakravorty IIT Mumbai in the presence of Mrs Shahida Parveen Director of ZIET Mumbai. 

This training programme witnessed great interactive, conceptual, comprehensive sessions by Ms Chandana Mandal Joint Commissioner (Training) KVS HQ New Delhi, Mr Binod Kumar Behera DC (Acad) KVS HQ New Delhi, Mrs Sona Seth DC KVS RO Mumbai, Mr S.L. Deepankar AO KVS RO Kolkata, Mr MR. SAMAJ V JOGLEKAR AC KVS RO Mumbai.

The training was proactively conducted by Prof Kumara Mohan, Principal PM SHRI KV AFS AKKULAM TRIVANDRUM ERNAKULAM REGION Associate Course Director, S.B. Nikum, Resource Person, and Anju Krishnani Resource Person under the guidance of Course Director Mrs Shahida Parveen Deputy Commissioner and Director ZIET Mumbai. The training was coordinated by B. R Saiji Training Associate (Maths). The photography and social media uploading were assisted by Dr Rajesh Sharma Training Associate (Library) and Anuradha Chakraborty Training Associate (Primary).

Narayana Dash TA (Biology), and Anuradha Chakraborty TA (Primary) took sessions as internal speakers during the training of Vice Principals. The sessions were highly interactive and participants actively took part and were updated on their existing awareness in all associated aspects. The entire team of ZIET Mumbai assisted in conducting this training successfully. The farewell function witnesses the views of the participants about this 6-day training.
