Online application for UGC NET started

UGC NET :  The UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test)  form 2023 has been started from 10th May to 31st May 2023 on the official website https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in.  The NTA (National Testing Agency) will release the UGC NET 2023 Notification pdf for the June-2023 examination for the post of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) on 10th May 2023.

UGC NET 2023 will be conducted online in 83 subjects by the NTA for JRFs and Assistant Professors. The exam will be scheduled from 13th June to 22nd June 2023. The fees for UGC NET Application is for General category it is 1100, for  EWS/OBC-NCL it is 600 rs. And for SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender it will be charged  325 rs.

Age Criteria for  UGC NET 2023

Candidates for JRF should be of 30 years age as on 01/06/2023 and for the post of  Assistant Professor No Upper Age Limit is mentioned.

UGC NET 2023 Educational Qualification

The students from general category must scored  At least 55% marks in Master’s degree OR equivalent in Humanities and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science. And SC/ST/OBC Category students required  At least 50% in Master's Degree OR equivalent in education domains mentioned for the general category. On the other hand Candidates holding Ph.D. Degree an additional 5% marks relaxation for candidates who completed the PG program.
