IIT JAM Result 2024 out; check details

The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras has released the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) today, March 20, 2024. Students who appeared for the exam can download the final marks and final answer key on the official website- jam.iitm.ac.in.

The JAM 2024 exams were conducted on February 11, 2024, for candidates seeking admission to M. Sc, M.sc. (Tech.), MS (Research), M.Sc.- M.Tech. Dual Degree, Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D, and M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual degree, at IIT for taking up science stream as a career option for the students. The exam was conducted via online mode for seven test papers at the undergraduate level.

How to download the result:

Step 1: Visit the official website.iitm.ac.in

Step 2: Visit the homepage, and click on the link ‘view the final marks on JOAPS portal.’

Step 3: Enter the registration number, password, and other details

Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Download the result and final answer key

Step 6: Keep a copy of the same

The test paper consisted of Multiple-Choice questions Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. The candidates who qualify for JAM will be eligible for admission into Master of Science and other PG science programs. JAM counselling will begin on April 10 as per the schedule on the website.
